Real estate money matrix is a new “kid” on the block.
It’s not a course in the usual sense of the word, though you’ll get some video training with it.
It’s not a piece of software that just captures leads or runs buy/sell calculator spreadsheets for you. Rather it’s a real estate investing platform. It combines multipe resources real estate investors need to put together profitable deals under one roof:
1. Funding sources for deals,
2. Ivestment buyers, as well as
3. Leads on properties.
When you combine an access to property leads, a list of cash buyers who want to buy something in this bad economy and have means to close, as well as multiple funding sources to help you take down the property in your name…. Hmmm, what else do you need to start putting real estate deals together?

How to Pay Off a Rental Mortgage in 12 Months

Yours and mine life as real estate investors would be peachy if we could pay off a mortgage on our investment houses in 12 months, wouldn’t it?
The rental house would be free & clear for the rest of your life and you’ll just collect the rents. A nice cashflow cow to milk for years to come.
Well, that’s ONLY possible when your total annual rent is MORE than your loan balance, or the price you paid for the house. Quite unlikely scenario… unless you know how to buy a house for almost nothing. More >
Flipping Houses and Land On EBay

I had an eye-opening phone conversation with an investor-friend the other day.
He was telling me how he finds and buys vacant land and houses on EBay. Then he re-lists and sells them for more… also on EBay.
I didn’t realize that EBay was the #7 highest visited website in the US today. It’s bigger than Amazon.com, ESPN.com, CNN.com, or About.com.
It gets 3-8.5 million visitors every single day… ALL of whom are BUYERS searching for something.
I was interested, but I didn’t care to learn all this stuff about how to post products for auctions, etc. Well, he says, over the years EBay has strived to simplify their already user-friendly interface that even non-techies can stat using it right off the bat.
